REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of experience in fast-moving consumer products (Experience in Dairy products is an added advantage).
Great negotiation skills, attention to details and have a disciplined approach to work.
Able to efficiently manage time, multitask, analyze problems and carefully strategize for positive outcomes.
A valid driving license – class BCE an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Impeccable customer service and customer relationship management skills.
Experience in general trade markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field or any other related field.
Computer literate.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Ability to work in a team.
Should be a highly motivated and aggressive sales person.
Should be presentable at all times.
